U - KUKO is a character stated in stories and dances of the Peruvian Andean region. This character is mostly found in traditional festivities where he accompanies the crowd and teases the spectators. In the Andean Cosmovision this character has also the sacred role of maintaining the discipline and order in religius Peregrinations.
However, this Ukuko is out of context and his reactions will not be taken as they are in his homeland. Who is the traditional character outside of his "context"?
